Job description
Morgan Consultancy is exclusively representing a leading PE house in the search for an experienced Non Exec Director for one of their fast growing portfolio companies based in West Yorkshire. The company is in the Private Healthcare sector with current t/o £10m and delivering over £1m EBITDA. The role will involve providing independent corporate governance in support of the Management team and strategic guidance and advice to the strong entrepreneurial MD to help facilitate the profitable expansion of the business, including a focused acquisition ‘buy and build’ strategy. Applications are invited only from experienced Non Exec Directors with a senior finance background who are keen to add another NED role to their existing SME private sector portfolio. Experience within a related Service sector would be an advantage, as would specific M&A/Acquisition experience. To be clear, my client has confirmed they will not consider interim Managers or general Business Advisors/Consultants for this role. Your direct involvement will include attendance at the monthly board meeting plus an additional 1-2 days per month engagement on a flexible basis.
