Job description
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant to join a dynamic organisation going through an exciting period of change and growth as Operational Finance Manager. Toner Graham is recruiting exclusively for this role and looking to attract a short list of high calibre individuals to present to our client. The Operational Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the operational profit and loss account for the organisation in the UK is reported accurately and in a timely manor and providing guidance and support as a business partner to budget holders ensuring that each budget holder understands the impact of his or her actions on their budgets. The key elements of this role are: budgeting and forecasting; business planning; operational reporting; improvement of process and controls; engaging, educating and challenging budget holders; preparation and continual improvement of management reporting pack; management of 3 qualified staff; excellent knowledge of SAP. You will be expected to have had a similar role or be making your first step into a management position with relevant past experience.
