Job description
Robert Half Management Resources is urgently seeking an experienced PMO Analyst for a large FTSE organisation based in Central London to assist in a transformation and system upgrade programme. The role: this interim PMO Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of an up-to-date, accurate and complete view of a global programme based around an ERP implementation and Finance Transformation. The impact of this role will enable informed and timely decisions to be around budgets, scope, issues, risks, interdependencies, plans and quality. It is imperative that you will have had previous experience as PMO Analyst of a large ERP project (circa £20m to £50m) and your role involved extensive integrated project planning. Critical to the success of this programme, the interim PMO Analyst will manage Levels 1 and 2 of the integrated project plan, assumptions, interdependencies and resource requirements. The role will also be responsible constructing the Integrated Level 3 project plan for Project Workstreams. The successful individual will ensure the coordination of planning each project phase, (including identifying risks, resourcing, timescales, deliverables), run the plan management process (looking at scope changes, mitigations, interdependencies) and assess the impact of major changes to plan and milestones; regular quality reviews of the risks and issues log will form part of the remit. In addition to previous ERP and Integrated Project Planning experience, the ideal candidate will have managed teams and had experience of budget planning and control.
