Job description

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join a leading Accountancy Practice as Partner Designate. The firm has already seen growth both organically and through acquisition and is now ready for its next stage of growth by the introduction of a Partner Designate. Working closely with the existing Partners, as Partner Designate, you will take on the responsibility of managing your own client portfolio of mainly corporate clients, as well as assisting the firm in the development of future business. The organisation is keen to recruit a Partner Designate that has both the ability and desire to progress their career to equity partnership within the next 2 years. The successful individual will be ACA qualified and currently working within a firm of Chartered Accountants; you will have already gained experience of managing your own client portfolio at a Senior Manager level, along with the ability of generating new business.
