Job description
My exclusive client is a highly respected Sole Practitioner with fee levels of £400k in 2009 who wishes to explore the sale of his General Practice firm to the ‘right’ Chartered Accountant or existing Chartered Accountancy firm who is keen to continue operating the practice from its current North West Coastal location. This represents an excellent and rare opportunity to acquire such a well-established and highly profitable firm with a stable client base which has also in fact continued to expand and flourish in recent years. I am handling this transaction on behalf of my client on a strictly confidential basis.
