Job description
Our prestigious client with a £500m turnover on a global basis, currently seeks a Payroll Clerk to assist the Group FD at its head office function. The role will have responsibility for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees. Principal duties will include: weekly and monthly payroll for 250 staff, payroll reporting and reconciliations, company pension scheme administration, processing of payroll related payments eg PAYE, NI, attachment of earnings, year end submissions, employee expenses and credit card processing, petty cash management and any other ad hoc payroll-related duties as required. The ideal candidate will have payroll experience ideally from within a large organisation, together with strong IT skills. A working knowledge of MS Navision would be an advantage.
