Job description
TalkTalk Group is currently looking for a strong Payroller to work within our HR Shared Services. As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for all matters relating to PAYE, for ensuring that the HR and Payroll data transfer to our Payroll solution and that we are fully compliant with both statutory requirements and company policy. This is a varied role that will encompass payroll, compliance and data control. Key tasks will include compliance auditing and working with the HR Systems and MI Analyst to ensure data integrity is maintained, identifying, investigating and supporting corrective actions for the group payroll, dealing with all key relationships and payroll statutory requirements, TYE, P11d HMRC relationship etc and dealing with all other day-to-day payroll queries. This is a new role and initially the jobholder will be required to play a lead role in further development of the People Services and HR teams. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a strong communicator and have a clear understanding of the end to end processes undertaken by HR Administration and the interfaces between HR & the outsourced Payroll solution and third party functions. Experience of HR/Payroll databases, strong Excel and MI reporting is also required.
