Job description
Our client, a large NHS Trust in South London, is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to manage a team of ten. This role will include day-to-day management of the Payroll team as well as analysing performance initiatives and areas of improvement. Responsibilities will include: service a payroll of 4,300 monthly and 1,100 weekly paid staff using ESR (Oracle); set up PAYE settlement agreement in respect of long service awards; reconcile the payments of PAYE and NICs against gross to net reports and interim P35 reports; compiling end of year returns P14 and P35 and complete P11Ds. Interested applicants must have excellent communication skills and have worked previously in the NHS. Ideally, you will be immediately available with a can-do attitude and have work at an acute hospital.
