Job description
This large and progressive Hertfordshire based organisation is currently recruiting a Payroll Manager for its prestigious offices. This is a large and complex payroll of over 3500 employees and involves a mixture of weekly and monthly payrolls. The role manages a team of seven. For this Payroll Manager role we are looking for a candidate with good management ability and experience with the ability to delegate, an understanding of how different payroll runs operate, experience or knowledge of TUPE would be useful. Payroll qualification is desirable. This is an outstanding organisation to work for with an excellent package with strong benefits scheme for the successful candidate.
