Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Officer with previous experience within multi-sited/multi-country FMCG organisation. In line with the ongoing restructuring within the organisation, our client is seeking to engage a proactive Payroll Officer, to provide a complete payroll administration and accounting service and act as the expert reference point to internal and external customers on all practical payroll matters, ensuring statutory and company compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive payroll and accounting compliance knowledge (payments, charges, deductions, statutory payments, tax law) and able to demonstrate a clear and in-depth understanding of Payroll Processing Systems. You will be experienced with complex salaried payroll operations (£100m per annum - 900 circa monthly paid employees), in a multi-site/ multi-country organisation operating a fully integrated electronic HR data system. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a prestigious, industry leading organisation. This role is offered on temporary to permanent basis and as such all candidates must be immediately available or on very short notice and have easy access to Heathrow and the surrounding areas.
