Job description
My client a global market leader in telecommunications is looking for a Payroll specialist to join the exciting team in Farnborough. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and on-time payment of all employees and to meet the bureau deadline. Key responsibilities: ensure that all payrolls are checked for accuracy and make timely amendments where necessary; assisting employees/colleagues in the absence of the Payroll Manager; prepare SAP downloads; prepare all import files for the bureau; ensure all third party payments are made on time eg charities, court order; ensure cheque salary payments are paid on time; ensure outbound expat payments are made on time; ensure that all end of year reporting is completed in conjunction with Payroll Manager. Key competencies: attend quarterly meetings to review service levels; maintain good relations with supplier; assisting employees/colleagues in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
