Job description
Our client is a highly successful nationwide Financial Services organisation which is looking for a qualified (ACA/ACCA) Pension Fund Accountant to be located from their Berkshire offices. This position would suit a technically strong Accountant preferably with exposure to pension fund accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a move from practice into industry or alternatively an experienced individual currently working in a commercial business. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: preparing pension scheme accounts for audit; external contacts will include Auditors and Investment Managers; investment transactions reconciliations. Ideally you will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience gained in the Financial Services sector. Exposure to pension fund accounting would be a definite advantage.
