Job description

This progressive practice is looking to expand its Tax team in its Manchester office and is looking to recruit a Personal Tax Director or Partner. The firm boasts an enviable client base, which you will further develop within the local market. You will be responsible for advisory and planning work for a varied client base as well as overseeing the running of the department and managing the team. Your role will incorporate a wide range of disciplines from personal tax, share options, employment related tax issues and trusts, providing clients with a one-stop-shop service. Possessing the technical competence to manage a team and assist in driving the business forward, you will also be involved in developing new business and updating the current processes within the deaprtment. You will need to have experience in a similar role or be a Manager looking for the next step up. You will need to be professionally qualified, have good communication skills and be a team player.
