Job description
A Plant Controller is required immediately for an interim to permanent requirement for this global Manufacturing company based in the West Midlands. This is a brand new role that will offer real progression opportunities. The main parts of the role will include budgeting/forecasting and cost control on plant performance, reporting on sales analysis and working closely with the Operations Director. The right candidate will be a qualified (or equivalent) Accountant or qualified by experience and have experience working within a similar manufacturing environment and have a proven track record in adding value, developing a finance department and having some strong costing experience. The company are a global manufacturing company that are very well established and have built a strong relationship within their market. Their growth can be seen from new roles that are being created within their Finance team. They will offer the right candidate an excellent salary and package.
