Job description
As Pricing Manager you will: develop and lead a market-leading Pricing team responsible for the statistical modelling, usage projections and insight and analysis; be accountable for supporting the development, setting and delivery of the strategy agenda; financial planning, statistical modelling, cost modelling, elasticity and propensity modelling; accountable for developing insight into practical solutions to be used within the Pricing teams and be accountable for the smooth running of the team. Requirements: ideally a Statistics/Maths/Economics degree; understanding of technical pricing, statistical modelling techniques; excellent knowledge of retail pricing and analytical techniques; strong people Manager and motivator; blue chip background, with credibility in the marketplace; proven track record of delivering complex analysis/insight and turning this into action/change. Experience in deal construction would also be beneficial, being able to understand the issues from both the provider and the customer/partner point of view. Appropriate software skills would be: Emblem, Notably, SQL, Advanced Excel, Access, Database manipulation. Our client is a well-known brand name, going through an exciting phase of change and growth and offers up to £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience plus good benefits on top. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
