Job description

Our client is undertaking a major review of how it delivers business programmes across the organisation. The Process Analyst will: work with the Programme Manager & business owners to lead/support process identification, definition, analysis & redesign for transformed processes; support the process workstream through all aspects of change in a dynamic, challenging, yet sensitive way to ensure process redesign is efficient with maximum buy in; responsible for process redesign with a clear approach as to the benefits/approach, documenting the as is process vs gap analysis of current to end state; ensure processes are in alignment with global SAP end state and that any dependencies from the global SAP programme are fully integrated into the programme; ensure customer/employee experience is understood, captured and validated as part of any process evaluation, analysis or redesign; select/deploy appropriate process mapping tools and technology; ensure appropriate terms of reference & governance are in place, ensuring longevity into BAU; deliver credible and compelling presentations (findings and recommendations) to act as a catalyst for change; ensure end to end process benefits are produced and supported by sound business analysis; work with Financial/Business Analysts to ensure compelling financials are derived; facilitate definition of a benefit realisation strategy (ensure all new processes are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant through effective governance of programme activity. Candidates must demonstrate: experience of process redesign/implementation within an improvement methodology/analytical environment; experience in the selection and successful deployment of process mapping tools; proven success in solution delivery and continuous improvement in a cross-functional/business environment, ideally within the context of organisational change programmes; willingness to travel within the UK & across Europe.
