Job description
Our client is a successful private Real Estate group who is active in development, planning and asset management and who now require a Project Accountant. The role will lead finance activities in relation to new and ongoing projects within the business, particularly in relation to Land development activities and acquisition of new property portfolios and act as key finance contact in these areas for other teams within the business. Responsibilities will include: acting as the main finance contact for all land development, potential investment and other project activities including embedding projects within the normal workflow of the business; managing all funding and reporting issues for the above, including reporting to JV Partners; managing reporting, relationship and accounting issues with third party provider re-serviced office facilities; coordination of Company Secretarial activities; managing Utility Procurement, CRC documentation and submissions for all clients (working with third party provider); acting as finance contact on all rates mitigation schemes. The person: to apply you will be a qualified Accountant with relevant PQE with advanced Excel skills and Project accounting and property experience including modelling skills and the ability to interpret, manipulate and present data in a logical manner. You will have strong organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage deadlines. You will be a good team player who works co-operatively with others and be committed to excellence.
