Job description
This growing company based in the Central Croydon is actively seeking a Project Accountant for a job that will last at least 6 months. You will be responsible for a number of new projects and initiatives on behalf of the FD and carry out the following duties and responsibilities: assistance with transitioning of work within Finance team, providing back up and support to existing and new Finance staff; undertaking various projects, working under your own your own direction; monitoring of time records and production of management reports; assistance with budgeting and resourcing for existing and new contracts; travel to various offices from time to time to support Operations and local Finance teams as required. You will have the following knowledge and skills: qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA (PQE); background in industry preferably growing companies; proven excellent organisation skills and ability to meet all required timetables and to work under pressure in a fast moving environment; proven excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with other teams; advanced Excel skills.
