Job description
I am currently looking to recruit a Project Accountant for a Software business located in Surrey. Reporting to the FD this role is a mixture of business partnering and statutory reporting. Key responsibilities: business support - financial planning & analysis; production of board pack presentations; ownership of various ad hoc projects; covering all month end responsibilities where necessary; business controls - possessing the ability to challenge & re-define processes. Your profile: you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA); extensive experience in a blue chip environment ideally within the software sector; strong technical accounting experience - UK GAAP and IFRS; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships; the ability to operate in effectively in a changing environment.
