Job description
Key skills: significant relevant experience within mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory or economic analysis; strong communication skills in both English & ideally a second language, written and oral; excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. The role will include: dealing with M&A transactions; arranging limited non recourse financing for large Media Gas & Petrochemical joint ventures projects; financial advisory; project/financial business analysis; developing economic models for large projects/companies; financial statement analysis and accounting ratios analysis; negotiating project & financing agreements and assessing project risks. Qualifications: degree in Business with major in Accounting/Finance or Economics; post graduate degree in Finance is an advantage.
