Job description
Our client, a global leader in its field, is currently seeking to recruit a high calibre, forward-thinking Project Financial Analyst who is currently pursuing accountancy studies, to join the company on a permanent basis. You'll be developed and trained to play a key role in providing financial management support and analysis to ensure client projects financial expectations are met. Working closely with Senior Managers, Analysts and project leaders, your primary responsibility will be taking financial accountability for the projects assigned to you and the other Project Analysts on the team. This will involve a wide range of accounting duties including billings and contract review, invoicing, monthly accounting, budget and variance analysis, costing, profitability analysis and more. Candidates will need strong commercial acumen and will be given the chance to develop and build on your exposure to analysis & period end activity review, production of operations reports and monthly financial reports, liaison with Project Managers regarding the financial implications/status of projects, budgeting, variance analysis, job costing and reconciliations. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual, currently pursuing accountancy studies, with the drive to make a difference and progress their career in a highly dynamic and rewarding environment.
