Job description
SF Group is currently recruiting for a specialist Oracle VAT Project Manager based in the North West area. Their responsibilities will be to work alongside the VAT team and Head of Corporate Accounts to design and Pre-programme a VAT module for the Oracle financial system. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), who has substantial experience of using Oracle financials and has a good understanding of VAT. Having the ability to translate their knowledge and methodologies onto the Oracle system. The successful candidate must have previous experience of developing testing strategies and methodologies, showing a high level of technical expertise in improving business application systems. Our client is a North West institution that is at the cutting-edge of innovation, based on the outskirts of Manchester City and close to all public transport links. This internationally recognised organisation has a multimillion-pound turnover and is still one of the UK's leaders in its specialist field.
