Job description
My client, a recognisable company and, is looking for a confident and experienced Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Role to work within this friendly and thriving team. Reporting directly to the FD, you will be involved with all aspects of the purchase ledger/accounts payable. This is an exciting opportunity, giving the individual the ability to work and build their career within an innovative, creative and successful business. Roles/responsibilities: processing invoices; supplier statement reconciliations; generating payment runs; log, match, validate invoices, credit notes and expenses into the accounts payable system accurately; processing of petty cash and refunds daily; being a key point of contact to resolve queries promptly. Skills/experience: strong previous purchase ledger experience; well experienced with Excel. Personal attributes: attention to detail; excellent communication skills; ability to hit tight deadlines.
