Job description

A rapidly growing company established in 2008, which provides support services to the RAF, is looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator. This company offers a unique and complex working environment, and is looking to hire a quality candidate who can demonstrate the same passion and motivation for what they do. Responsibilities will include managing the accounts payable processes using SAP and processing payments using online banking ready for authorisation. You will also be responsible for dealing with queries in relation to payments and invoices, processing expense claims ready for payment and providing assistance to the Financial Accountant in preparation of the month end accounts. This is a flexible part-time role, approximately 27.5 hours per week, and will suit a candidate with previous financial, administrative and organisational experience for a large company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. They must also be enthusiastic, work well within a team and able to work with little supervision.
