Job description

My client is a market leading Retailer and expansion plans has lead for them to need to recruit for a talented and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its dynamic Finance team. With the company forecasting exponential growth in the near future, it is seeking to recruit a talented Purchase Ledger Clerk. Reporting to the Head of Finance is required. Responsibilities in this busy, varied and challenging role shall include: ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices; running weekly BACS and manual payment runs; maintaining and reconciling the monthly purchase ledger; query resolution. The ideal candidate should be either degree educated or a school leaver studying the AAT qualified experience in Accounts Assistant position. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounts payable and query resolution. Experience of Navision would be preferred.
