Job description
Our client is an innovative and creative organisation specialising in the production and distribution of healthy drinks and snacks. They are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for an initial 6-month contract with a view to extending this to 12 months or possibly a permanent role. Job experience: create and track purchase orders; enter supplier invoices onto the system; on a weekly basis process payments; reconciliation of supplier statements; administration of the ledger, filing etc; process multi-currency payments. Skills & experience: prior experience of accounts payable/purchase ledger; organised with the ability to multi-task; strong numerical skills and attention to detail; very good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Great Plains highly desirable; excellent problem solving and communication skills.
