Job description
An excellent opportunity exists for a bright, motivated and cheese-loving (very important) graduate to join a reputable, market-leading processor and retailer of high quality cheeses for a discerning customer base. Reporting to the Cheese Buyer and FD, the successful candidate will be responsible for documenting and reporting information about resale goods coming into and out of the business, ensuring the right amount is always paid and administering price changes. The role involves checking invoices and matching these to delivery notes, accurately recording stock received, coordinating monthly stock counts, reconciliation of stock usage information with sales figures and communicating with suppliers regarding discrepancies and returned goods. Candidates will be bright with strong numerical skills and have an eye for detail. It is also important that you have the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and accurately and have a high degree of organisation. Some experience of an administrative role would be beneficial but is not essential.
