Job description
Our client, a renowned Property consultancy, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in the commercial team as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will involve the following: processing, coding and batching all invoices; preparing and sending BACS payments on a weekly basis; responsible for cancelling cheques raised in error; responsible for reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements; filing invoices correctly and in a timely manner following payment. The person: to apply you must have worked in property and used a Property Management System like TRAMPS, YARDI, APB or QUBE. The right candidate will be bright, articulate with strong presentation skills as liaising both internally and externally (Clients) is a key element of the role.
