Job description
Robert Half International/Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently exclusively representing a leading Dubai based Financial Services institution. Due to an internal restructure my client is now looking to recruit a Deputy Recoveries Manager to supplement the existing successful Recoveries and Collections team. Reporting to the General Manager for Recoveries and Risk you will be a proven recoveries and debt professional with a track record of success. You will specialise in leading the negotiation to recover bad/delinquent debt and will be a strong people Manager capable of leading a growing well-respected local team. You will currently be working for a local/international bank and will be able to demonstrate in your career to date that you have influenced the structure of policies and procedures. This is a General Manager designate role and the suitable candidate will be currently operating within a Bank, have professional experience and will have extensive recoveries experience within the region. Arab speaking is essential.
