Job description

Our client, a pan-European Real Estate group, with property management arm based in Germany, is seeking a Regional Controller to be based in Berlin. The role is highly commercial and has arisen due the expansion of the business's real estate operation, currently they are developing a number of industrial parks in Germany. You will be responsible for monthly financial statements on real estate developments, liaising with Asset Managers, Project Managers in order to complete financial budgeting and forecasting for the entire portfolio. You will be responsible for month end reporting, reviewing strategic management of portfolios, ensuring they are cost efficient. You will be required to review projects at all stages of development. The preferred candidate will have a recognised accounting qualification, and will have commercial real estate experience. You will also have a good working knowledge of the German language in order to liaise with external and external teams. This role offers excellent career prospects and benefits.
