Job description
The role: you will be accountable for the delivery of all finance activities within the region; act as a Business Partner to the Regional MD providing insight and guidance, customer and product profitability including planning, forecasting and reporting; support the Regional MD in providing information for the Board of Directors’ meetings; as the Business Partner to Regional MD and in conjunction with the VP Business Controls you will ensure processes and controls within the region are adhered to by the business; lead the transformation of Finance in the region in line with the initiatives. Key skills: experience of working in a matrix and/or multi-country structure; commercially aware, drives financial performance, sets demanding standards, inspires others, credible and commands respect at the local Board.
