Job description
A newly created role for a business seeking a qualified ACA hoping to make their first step to industry. The business has expanded overseas and made recent acquisitions in Europe and Asia. As such they require a strong Accountant in the UK to support the Financial Controller. In an extremely diverse and demanding role you will manage the small Finance team, review and improve existing controls, develop the commercial reporting, integrate new businesses and all associated reporting. You will develop into the FC role initially for the UK group. You will be: ACA qualified; looking to make your 1st step from practice to industry; able to work at pace and enjoy managing your own time and workload; comfortable getting out into the business to better understand the numbers; ambitious and driven, looking to manage. In summary a role for an FD-in-the-making with a business that offer career scope either in the UK or overseas.
