Resourcing Business Partner

Role Purpose:

• Manage the resourcing activities for Vodafone's Customer and Transformation Online functions within Vodafone UK. Providing strategic resourcing expertise, direction and ensuring the delivery of all permanent and interim resourcing requirements through AMS, our Outsourced Partner.
• Manage the relationship with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) and our Outsourced Partner.
• Ensure that the quality of hires is continuously improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet the business objectives and Vodafone UK talent agenda.
• Through leading key resourcing improvement projects contribute to the ongoing development of the UK Resourcing strategy and of the overall resourcing experience.

Qualifications

Technical/Professional Expertise

Essential:

• Experience of delivering effective resourcing campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within retail and customer operation within agreed budget and timescales.
• Experience of retail and volume resourcing.
• Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach.
• Some experience of managing delivery through an outsource provider including setting KPIs and performance management.
• Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches.
