Job description
We are recruiting a commercially focussed Finance Manager for this UK brand. This is a commercial role, reporting to the Division FD and supporting Brand Managers. You will have direct relations with supply chain, sales, customer service, design and marketing, playing a major part in driving profitably growing the division. Overseeing a small team to ensure successful completion of month end reporting, you will: provide full financial service to the business, ensuring clarity of business performance, KPIs, insightful reporting and performance analysis; take ownership of budgeting/planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and control; prepare brand and divisional forecasts, annual budgets, 3 year strategic business plans, business review meeting packs, board packs, etc; ensure the right level of financial input exists into decision-making and evaluation within each brand; ensure finance is strongly represented with the Management team and in the business, participating in all key decisions; build strong relationships with key internal and external (where appropriate) customers. This role will allow you directly impact business performance and drive profitability within the division. Applicants must be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with proven commercial acumen gained in a business finance role.
