Job description

DST Global Solutions, a major player in software-based solutions for the Investment Management industry, is looking to recruit a Revenue Manager, reporting to the FC. The successful candidate will be working as part of a Global Finance function, looking after all Revenue streams for regional DST Global Solutions offices.

Key deliverables for the successful candidate will include:

  • Manage the production of all types of Invoices for regional entities (Licence, Support and Maintenance, Reseller, Consultancy & Development, Expenses etc).
  • Manage the recognition of time and materials and fixed price projects.
  • Manage the recognition of S&M, Reseller and licence.
  • Ensure all invoices/credit notes are posted into the appropriate period on a timely basis at month end.
  • Liaise effectively with the project office, Client Managers and other finance areas.
  • Manage the reconciliation of various balance sheet/P&L accounts.
  • Manage the provision of routine and ad hoc reports covering revenue and time.
  • Assists the FC with the creation of budgets and forecasts.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Partly qualified or working towards a Professional Accountancy qualification eg Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
  • Demonstrable experience in all aspects of Revenue functions.
  • Proficient in large Accounting packages such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; construct and use of financial formulas, construct and use pivot tables, open/update spreadsheets.
  • Experience working with accounting systems, specific to the billing modules with previous experience in a Billing function.
  • Experience in using Time Management systems such as Clarity.
