Job description

A Revenue Recognition Manager is required by this Technology company based in Slough. My client requires a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) to manage all aspects of compliance within revenue across the EMEA region. This role requires extensive liaison with the Sales teams across EMEA, including Director Level. Previous experience of supporting, guiding and coaching non-finance is therefore essential. This role manages a small team of Analysts including qualified level candidates. The successful candidate will initially be tasked with establishing a set of agreed processes and standardising an agreed way of working across the EMEA region. Liaison with corporate based in the US and presenting to the wider finance community are also key aspects of this role. Knowledge of VSOE testing, US GAAP and SOP97-2 and SOP 81-1 is essential. This role offers significant exposure across EMEA for a well-known, fast-paced business. My client offers excellent career development and a very competitive package in return. Due to the level of exposure in this role there is a clear opportunity to step up to Director Level.

Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
