The role will involve ensuring that the Internal Control team delivers a high quality and effective service whilst complying with the relevant regulatory framework. You will assist in analysing and continuously improving processes and controls to be utilised by this leading division. As the right candidate you will ideally be from an audit/risk/control background. You will have a proven track of being able to quickly understand, analyse and improve process and controls in a large business environment. The role has significant interaction with a variety of stakeholders across the business, so is best suited to candidates who regard themselves as having a degree of charisma, with strong communication skills.
