Job description
Are you looking for a career move into a world famous Media business, as they roll out their global SAP implementation? In my client's global SAP FICO rollout program, you will join a team of experienced Business Analysts and will work on the rollout, integration and optimisation of the SAP finance and controlling solution. The Business Analyst owns one of the main work processes, which means they understand each step of the end to end process, the roles and responsibilities of all participants in the process and understands the strengths and weaknesses of the process: understands the technology available to support each of these steps, which requires knowledge of the technology functionality and understanding of its limits without having the in-depth expertise to develop the technology, and is able to distinguish between customer requests and the actual underlying business requirements. You would quickly understand the customers business environment, proactively assess its strengths and weaknesses and be able to recommend areas of improvement, understand requirements articulated in non-technological language, assess where current technology does not fulfil these and visualize possible solutions In addition, you can work together with the Technical Solution Architects/Developers to establish the technical solution and analyse tradeoffs between development cost/system performance and customer requirements. To be considered, you will be a qualified Accountant with a strong systems bias to your background, and excellent SAP FICO experience, from a functional implementation perspective. You must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work with the business.
