Job description
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading blue chip organisation in the Northamptonshire. With a worldwide workforce into the hundreds of thousands, my client is seeking a hard-working individual who is able to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will take a leading role and responsibility for investigation, reporting and analysis of key business drivers across the sales leadership initiative. They will also work with local Field Managers to help develop, implement and monitor strategic initiatives and operating plans which will drive active Sales Leaders; provide understanding of current business performance and drivers to direct field in appropriate activities; sales leadership performance tracking/outlooks to project longer term performance’ communicating consistent message to UK Board, regional finance and global reporting; creation of UK sales leadership plan with documentation of assumptions for local/regional/global decks; project manage portfolio of initiatives to ensure that regional/global updates constantly available with findings and recommendations for future programmes; provide critical analytical support sales leadership projects, analysing and interpreting results and recommending actions for future improvements and facilitating fact-based dialogue with UK Board to guide decision-making. You will be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA with experience in an accounting role.
