Job description
A brand new Sales Ledger position has become available to work for a hugely successful artist Management company within the Music industry. This exciting and progressive role will be working closely with the Financial Accountant and will be responsible for: raising sales invoices against foreign cash receipts; raising sales invoices against ticket agents sales reports; controlling Sales Ledger accounts related to the above; writing up, posting & reconciling foreign cash books; monitoring income schedules for amounts due on foreign dates and assisting in its preparation; assisting the Accounts Supervisor with general account reconciliation work; assisting the Management Accountant with the Sales Ledger and other reconciliation duties of the new trading divisions; regular scanning of paper files onto our file server; printing, binding & scanning concert tour accounts and detailed backup document. The role will offer full study support.
