Job description
My client is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants with 5 Partners operating from offices in Central and South Manchester. Following a succession of new business wins they now seek to appoint an experienced Semi Senior/Senior to work on existing and new clients. The role will be varied and consist of some audit work, you will also be required to prepare accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited companies, submit corporation tax and self-assessment returns. There is a strong ethos of developing client relationships here and you will be expected to attend client meetings and work with them to prepare cash flow forecasts and management accounts where necessary. Opportunities for progression exist together with the chance to develop and manage your own portfolio. Only those applicants who have a legal right to work within the UK and possess a suitable amount of UK based finance experience will be considered, candidates already registered will be considered automatically.
