Job description

Senior ALM Manager. Leading Financial Services organisation. Our client, a leading bank are seeking a high calibre individual to join a high profile ALM team within a leading Financial Services Organisation. The team is responsible for the management of market risk across various divisions of the bank. You will be tasked with working closely with senior stakeholders across the Mortgages business and Senior Executives. Key responsibilities include: you will act as primary point of contact for Mortgage Finance and Product Teams; ensure that market risk arising from the mortgage portfolio is identified; review and advise the business areas on the management of market risk and liquidity risk during the new product approval process; oversee the development of the mortgage section of the model; coach and develop a team of 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Mortgages and/or ALM and will have the credibility and ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
