An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our client, an iconic brand in the Healthcare arena. Key responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Manager job will include: management of Transactional teams (AP/AR/cash/fixed assets); management of direct and indirect reports, including goal setting, annual/quarterly performance feedback; own and manage the Sarbanes-Oxley testing process; preparation of management reporting packs and presentation to senior management; drive consistent and effective policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process including account reconciliations and account reconciliation audits. The ideal Senior Accounting Manager will possess the following attributes/skills: degree qualified/Chartered Accountant; demonstrated proficiency in GAAP/IFRS; experience in leading teams in a global business environment; strong analytical skills; sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.
