Job description
Our client, a fast-paced and dynamic Banking organisation, is currently recruiting for a Senior Auditor to join its team. Currently in a period of continual growth this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly customer focused environment. The main responsibilities of this role are: identify operational risks and control weaknesses to provide assurance that these are minimised; undertake and lead internal audits according to the planned schedule and follow up to ensure any changes are implemented; undertake ad hoc audit/investigations/risk assignments where required; understand and assess the key business risks. This role will require an individual who has extensive experience of internal audit within a banking or Financial Services environment within retail banking. You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of business risk and audit methodologies and have a flexible and positive approach. Knowledge of asset finance business and products would be advantageous. This position will involve travel across the UK network however could be primarily based either in the North West or East Anglia. For further information forward on your CV to email.
