Job description

A position as Senior Auditor has become available within a highly recognised and established Retail bank. This position will allow, you to work in all areas of the bank alongside highly influential stakeholders. As a Senior Auditor you will be expected to lead internal audit reviews whilst controlling the element of risk. You will be involved in every aspect, from planning the engagement, identifying the key risks, coordinating fieldwork, right the way through to drawing up recommendations. As such, it is also important to manage relationships with the key players across the business in addition to motivating and mentoring other team members. This organisation centres its brand management on its reputation as being a leading global organisation and as such it relies on its highly acclaimed Audit team. Consequently, to be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate excellent academics, outstanding communicative skills (both written and verbal), as well as being a Chartered Accountant for a Big 4 practice firm. Auditing experience within the UK’s Financial Services is preferable, however equivalent international experience will also be considered.
