Job description
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, as a Senior Auditor you will be responsible for identifying operational risks and control weaknesses and provide assurance to senior management and the board that the company's internal controls are effective in reducing risk. Working within a small Internal Audit team, you will lead and undertake audits according to the plan and work with the business to identify and manage these risks and review the effectiveness of subsequent procedures implemented. You will be working within internal or external audit and be a qualified Accountant or Internal Auditor and ideally have experience within retail Financial Services. This role can be based in either Berkshire or Northamptonshire but travel to other UK locations will be required. This is a growing business and a role where you can really add value and see the impact you are having on the business.
