We are looking for a Senior Business Controller within the Group business control, strategy and M&A team which reports into the Group CFO. The role: with your own portfolio of operating companies, you will have responsibility for: identifying market trends and competitor analysis to guide strategy development & execution; leading a high quality planning & control cycle providing insight to internal and external stakeholders on financial performance; leading the review of business and financial performance indicators, supporting management and Executive Board (EB) members in identification of risks and opportunities, enforcing the appropriate actions; being a sparring partner for EB, CFO and management of the operating company. The candidate: you will have extensive relevant experience within a large international listed company, an operational mindset and ambition. Organisational awareness is a must, as well as the ability to connect, confront, challenge and inspire the people you work with, especially the management of the operating companies. You will have excellent communication skills and be (preferably) multilingual (English, French or German).
