Job description
A leading Property group seeks a Senior Commercial Accountant to report to the FD with significant impact with the Executive team. You will primarily be responsible for financial management and profitability of large development projects. This will involve financial forecasts, P&L forecasts, build delivery, sales & marketing forecasting, annual analysis and budgets, preparation and appraisal of sites, commercial forecasts and profit recognition of developments. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to impact commercial decision-making across the business. The opportunity exists to progress to a Finance Director role within the Group in the short term.
