Job description
A permanent job has arisen for a Senior Credit Controller based in the Thames Valley region, working for a globally recognisable household brand. This role is responsible for collection of outstanding debt within Spain and Portugal and is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller with strong business to business experience looking for a new challenge. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible for the following: reconciling accounts; ensure customers adhere to payment terms as well as chasing for overdue payments; provide excellent customer service through proactively managing relationships and liaising with customers; manage credit limits; ensure the Access database is kept up-to-date; maintain a strong controls environment, ensuring all documentation, policies and procedures are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant; produce monthly reports on AR ledger debt experience required. You must have the following: demonstrable experience within a prior Credit Control role, ideally within a business to business environment; fluent in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese; prior experience in managing customer relationships; strong Excel and Access skills.
