Job description
My client a leading business based in the local area is seeking to recruit a Senior Credit Control Clerk. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Credit Manager the Credit Controller will take responsibility for mainly key accounts, ensuring relationships are continually developed and maintained. The role of Senior Credit Controller will encompass the full credit cycle from opening new accounts, through to and including legal proceedings. The successful candidate will be expected to attend internal and external client meetings and provide the Credit Manager with regular weekly aged debt updates. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in busy credit control environment and have a proven track record in a target driven environment. You will also have the ability to work well under pressure with little or no supervision. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Benefits: bonus scheme; free parking.
